Ischia Safari is the event created by Chefs Nino di Costanzo and Pasquale Palamaro to celebrate, in Ischia, the real italian flavours interpreted by the biggest protagonists of the Italian Cuisine.
The event has reached its 8th edition, and it consists in two evenings: the Gala Dinner, hosted by Regina Isabella hotel with many Michelin Stars involved in creating an exclusive menu for charity, and the Gran Festa at Parco Negombo.
