Born in Ischia, he grew up on the small island of Procida in the centre of the Gulf of Naples. An island rich resources that have brought about traditions and cultures that are still respected today.
Born in 1989, he entered the world of catering at a very early age, starting to gain experience in small restaurants in the town to then continue his career in large hotels and starred restaurants around Italy, including Nino di Costanzo** and Giovanni De Vivo. And now he has arrived in Trieste to join the brigade of Harry’s Piccolo as Sous Chef, under the guidance of Chefs Metullio and De Pra**. Alongside his great love for cooking, he has always cultivated two great passions, hunting and fishing, which are a perfect match for his profession.
